Synchronization throught devices using open source services as owncloud or seafile? (everybody is using privative software like dropbox).

Transaction templates, so we can store frequent but non-periodic transactions, and add them with a single tap. Suggestions are not enough.
If you export and delete the data often, transaction templates are the only way to enter recurrent non-periodic transactions in a sane manner

It is already possible to select any date range for reports in the Reports view. Click on the Period dropdown and select “Custom”

same data-base for portable and desktop GNUCash
allow portable and desktop GNUCash to read the same data-base stored for example in a cloud such as Dropbox. In this way you don't need to export data from portable to desktop version, and you are able to access GNUCash everywhere. thank you

Switch between the currency in your current accounting book to any other currency. so you can see it right away.
currently you only can change the currency in a new book. but what if there is a feature that you can switch between currencies in the same accounting book. It saves lots of effort for the user who uses. That is a great feature because in many Fintechs at major Banks they dont offer that feature in their apps. So user has to manually do it. i wish we can do this by the latest currency rates as well. i personally think this will help lots of people. so they can compare the value of their money with other benchmark…

gnuCash 3.0 or 3.1 when import file created in gnucash desktop 3.0 or 3.1 version to android version. database/ file lost its currency form

Exchange rate should be given in settings where we can define the rates for each currency conversion. Also autopull of current rates helps

Also When entering transactions it can ask to pull in current rate or enter manual. Which can be maintained for the day.1 vote -
File export: make ZIP file optional
since the last update the exported file is automatically zipped. please make this optional, as now I have to unzip the file before I can import it.
