when entering a target, it would be much easier to type a few characters and have it bring up all that match, or create a new one
rather than having a drop down list of all accounts, just allow the user to enter some characters and filter the drop down. if they enter a new account, create a new account right then.

Without needing to enter the parent account first. ie Expenses:Auto:Fuel, I might enter Fuel and this would pop up as an option. If I enter Auto ALL of the sun accounts under Auto would be listed.
