  1. two way sync un the cloud. use of several devices for one file, that way a business or family can add data.

    Nearly can, I saved the file on dropbox and if I change it on my desktop, save and close it then reopen it in the app that is also using same file on drop box I see the changes.

    however the app needs a refresh button and also needs to be able to save changes and uh unmount file to allow the desktop app to see changes and be able to open file without it being locked.

  2. Synchronization throught devices using open source services as owncloud or seafile? (everybody is using privative software like dropbox).
