    You have left! (?) (thinking…)

btw I have done this kind of stuff with web-based services in JavaScript so let me know whether someone needs some help in that area, particularly if some position is for GSoc.

In order for the feature to work, it must be modular. In some boxes like having only currencies, simply pressing the first chars should be enough. It does not need to be TAB for all keyboard shortcuts but the same functions to improve usability can be used in many different scenarios.

I am unsure how Mint.com does it but I have used Python to vizualize my portfolio, to find optimal variance points for portofolio -- and used it in tons of lab reports. Anyone knows whether someone is doing the wrapper already? I am new to GnuCash but I am interested if there is something to do with Python and some C.

why a drop-down list? It blurs things a lot. I would like to just an unnoticeable TAB completion scrolling for very fast skim-reading. Why do you prefer a drop-down list over a key-style auto-completion browsing?
