Add a 64 Bit Version for GNU Cash for Windows users as most windows OS are coming in 64 bit versions and the world is moving to 64 bit.

@Anonymous: A windows 64bit PC can run the 32bit version of Windows perfectly fine. It's fancy to have 64bit versions of applications (and gnucash will be available as 64bit eventually) but other than that there's no benefit at all.

Agree that it going to consume more memory.
But not having the 64-bit version means I cannot use the Gnu-cash on my computer -

There is no benefit to a "64-bit version", It will do nothing differently but will use twice the RAM.
Am I missing anything?
