Button to expand nested accounts
When in the account tree, I would like a button that expands all the child accounts in the tree, showing every account.

Shift+Arrow opens the small keyboard imput popup but does not expand/unexpand.
Note that this would be very useful: once all accounts are expanded, you can use the keyboard to easily find any account by typing any substring of the account name! -

Try Shift+Right Arrow, Shift+Left Arrow
