scheduled automatic invoice
In my business, my clients usually pay me monthly. It would be great, if I can schedule automatic invoices for those clients.

As Treasurer of an HOA, the homeowners pay me their monthly dues. I would like to schedule a monthly invoice for these customers.

Almost essential for rental and subscription based businesses. It's available in other programs and would be sooooo good to have this feature in GnuCash.
