    In the gtk-3.0.css file you can change the font throughout the program. If you want to do something globally, you can add this and change to your reqirements:

    /* Application wide font setting */
    * {
    font: 18px arial;
    }

    This feature will also take care of bulk deleting transactions that has also been suggested separately
