An error occurred while saving the comment Randy Orrison commentedI never want to enter a transaction with an imbalance. I'd prefer to delete the Imbalance accounts and have GnuCash prevent entering a transaction that's not balanced.

Good point.
An error occurred while saving the comment Randy Orrison commentedIn 2.6.7 this has gotten worse, not better. Now I can't hide the calendar at all - it doesn't appear to be possible to drag the splitter bar all the way to the bottom.

Unfortunately the code implementing this feature eventually never made it into the official releases. So I’m reopening this feature request.

Concurrent multi-user support has been part of our long-term goals for a while now:
http://wiki.gnucash.org/wiki/Roadmap#Database_and_QOFTime to update the status of this feature request…
Note it still says “long-term”, which currently means several years ahead of us. -

This is so frustrating, especially trying to select subaccounts. On Windows, Ctrl+Click on the arrow widget doesn't open subaccounts, but a Click on the arrow widget deselects all the other selected accounts.
