red for credit, green for debit
please least add an option to force red for all credit, and green for all debit. the current system, where colors depend on the type of account and mix with the signs is quite misleading

I think it is alright this way. Debit increases (green) passive and debits. Credit increases (green) passive, receipts and equity.
