Export to PDF
I'd like to be able to export reports (at least invoices) to PDF, to be able to send them by email.
This feature is already available in the 2.5.x series (and SVN trunk versions).

The print/pdf implementation has problems occasionally splitting lines in reports across pages.
"printer page transitions"
( https://lists.gnucash.org/pipermail/gnucash-user/2015-May/060119.html )This problem taints the entire package, as an accounting program which, even on output, 'loses' transaction data by rendering it illegibly appears handicapped relative to other available options.

I believe that third party applications like PDFCreator work very well, in Windows, at least. That program is set up to look just like another printer. Why add it to GniCash? It will save files in PDF format or send them to your email app.

Yes, that's what I'm already doing. But in PDF writer, if I don't set resolution to 72 dpi, the invoice is printed very very small instead of taking all the page.

On linux (at least for ubuntu anyway) this is easy. Select Print Report, then select print to file. I'm pretty sure it would be the same on OSX. Isn't there a cutepdf or pdfwriter add on for windows that would do the same thing?
