Remember print settings
Each time I print an invoice, I need to reselect settings (date format, fields I want to show an hide, invoice style). I'd like to have those settings persistent.

One more clarification: I am hoping to have the previous settings for both the Options menus / panes and the Print menus / panes remembered. If I previously printed to a file on the Desktop, I'd like the next time I print to be defaulted to printing a file to the Desktop, etc.

I agree. I'd also like to be able to default to different Extra Notes text than "Thank you for your patronage". Currently I manually paste in bank account info for payment of the invoice. I'm happy to put a $50 bounty on this request (persistent Printable Invoice settings including Extra Notes text).
