Automatic import of qfx files

When qfx file is downloaded from Bank's website it should be possible to "open this file" using Gnucash and gnucash should automatically open import window.

    If it was possible to run "gnucash --import-qfx file_to_import.qfx" then a launcher .sh or .bat file can be made on any OS to do so when file is downloaded from bank website or cliked on.

    The required changes to get the "clicking on filename, then letting gnucash launch and do xy" differ vastly from OS to OS. Apparently there are no clear priorities for which one this should be done first - all OS were asked for, so I deleted those comments as they didn't increase our information here.
