    To make it a bit more specific: I guess I am looking for a feature to plan budget and to graphically see where I am standing right now, what the trend is if I keep continuing spending as in the previous months. Also some sort of visual cue or alert to show whether things are going well or not. Sort of like a management cockpit.

    As for just using Mint. There are quite some differences between your application and Mint. One is web-based, the other is a desktop application. One can only be used if you have a bank in the USA etc.

    About the "Real working environment" comment: I agree, yes, that is totally off topic and should be moved to a new feature proposal or be deleted.
